🩺 The Role: Full-Time Hospitalist APP/APRN

Located at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, your responsibilities include providing comprehensive inpatient medical care alongside the physician hospitalist team. APPs function as integral members of the hospitalist service — admitting, rounding, and managing adult inpatients. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and specialists to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do:

• Care for a range of adult medical inpatients

• Provide daily rounding, assessment, and treatment planning in collaboration with hospitalist physicians (*after 3 months)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary discussions
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to safe transitions of care
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration with the ED and other clinical areas

🧠 The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience as an inpatient/hospitalist APP/APRN
• ACLS/BLS Certified
• Committed to living in or near Cheyenne and growing with the team
• Professional, reliable, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Has experience working as a hospitalist within the last 12 months

💵 Compensation/Benefits and Schedule

We’re proud to offer clear, fair, and transparent compensation:

Hourly Pay

• Full Time: $76/hr. (120 hours per month)

Scheduling

• 5 Physicians on during the day shift + 1 APP
• 1 Physician on during the night shift + 1 APP
• Block scheduling available
• Extra shifts optional — never required
• Shifts:
• Day shift: 9am to 9pm
• Night shift: 6pm to 6am

• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Path to partnership after 1 year, with profit-sharing

Sign-On Bonus – Limited Time Offer (Now through February 28, 2026)

Full Time W2 –: $10,000 standard bonus + $10,000 fast-start bonus (up to $20,000)

Fast-start bonuses apply to candidates able to begin work between now and February 28, 2026.
