ThedaCare, Wisconsin's largest non-profit healthcare system, is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join our provider group in the Fox Valley!

• Join an established practice seeking a collegial partner-Team consists of 7 physicians and 7 APPs!
• 1.0 FTE - 0.75 FTE available- 36 patient contact hours per week for full-time (flexible with schedule to create a great work/life balance)
• EPIC EMR used throughout health system
• Practice Location(s): Primary Clinic in Neenah, WI. Opportunities are available across our satellite and expanded service lines in Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Oshkosh, Waupaca, New London, and Shawano. We welcome candidates open to practicing at any of these sites.

• Income Details: Competitive Base Salary + value based incentives
• Signing Bonus: Generous sign on bonus
• Vacation: 35 days
• CME: $4,500
