Wesley Medical Center is seeking a PA or NP for the ECMO Coordinator role to oversee the needs and growth of our ECMO program in Wichita Kansas.
Qualified Candidates:
Practicing PA or NP
Critical Care experience required; leadership experience preferred
Work collaboratively with critical care physicians and cardiothoracic surgeon to manage and grow the ECMO program
Consult with other providers to determine whether a patient is appropriate for ECMO therapy
Align the ECMO program with evidence-based clinical guidance to safeguard quality and patient safety
Knowledgeable in educating patients and families
Conducting documentation reviews
