By joining our Family Medicine team at the Brighton location, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Practice a full spectrum of primary care—preventive, acute, and chronic disease management—for patients of all ages. 

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families in a community setting.

• Engage in academic activities: teach, mentor, and collaborate with medical students and residents rotating through BMC. 

• Influence system-wide quality improvement, population health, and health equity initiatives. 

• Optionally participate in inpatient coverage, obstetrics, or procedural work—based on your interests and the needs of BMC.

  Must‑have qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine

• Licensed, or able to be licensed, to practice in Massachusetts

• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality, equitable care

• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

Preferred experience and qualities:

• Experience in community-based or academic-affiliated practice

• Interest in quality improvement, population health, medical education

• A demonstrated commitment to social determinants of health and reducing inequities
