By joining our Family Medicine team at the Brighton location, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Practice a full spectrum of primary care—preventive, acute, and chronic disease management—for patients of all ages.
Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families in a community setting.
Engage in academic activities: teach, mentor, and collaborate with medical students and residents rotating through BMC.
Influence system-wide quality improvement, population health, and health equity initiatives.
Optionally participate in inpatient coverage, obstetrics, or procedural work—based on your interests and the needs of BMC.
Must‑have qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Licensed, or able to be licensed, to practice in Massachusetts
Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality, equitable care
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Preferred experience and qualities:
Experience in community-based or academic-affiliated practice
Interest in quality improvement, population health, medical education
A demonstrated commitment to social determinants of health and reducing inequities
