Practice Description: 

Crawford Memorial Hospital's emergency room is an exclusive contract of Western Healthcare.  This critical access hospital has roughly 8,500 annual visits.  The level IV designation offers 24 hour scheduling for interested candidates.  The hospital has great support staff in various practice settings such as Surgery, Endoscopic services, and 24/7 hospitalist coverage.   

Requirements: 

Boarded Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with 2+ years of ER experience. 

Active ACLS, ATLS, PALS

• Single Physician Coverage
• 24 Hour Shifts
• Hospitalist onsite 24/7 
• Quick Credentialing
• Requirements:
  • Board Certified Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained providers with 2+ years of ER Experience    
  • ATLS, ACLS & PALS
