This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time with flexible 4/10 schedule option
• Neighborhood clinic treating all ages
• Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
• Integrated system support, including specialists, urgent care, and more

Essential Functions and Requirements:

• Experience as an FNP in a primary care setting preferred
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Arizona
• Patient-focused, friendly, and collaborative
• Enjoys treating patients of all ages

Open M-F, our East Mesa clinic is currently focused on primary care services with chronic disease management, Medicare wellness, physicals, well-child examinations, acute care visits and minor in-office procedures.
