We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our established outpatient practice. This role emphasizes procedural and clinical care in an ambulatory setting, supported by a skilled team and advanced facilities.
Provide outpatient consultations and manage patients with a wide spectrum of GI disorders.
Perform endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, and therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with APPs for efficient patient flow, follow-ups, and procedure support.
Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and legal standards.
Partner with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based best practices.
Base Salary: $500,000.
Retention Bonus: $250,000 total, paid in $50,000 annual installments over 5 years.
Net Collections Incentive Model: High productivity rewarded with significant earning potential.
Expedited Partnership Track: With the ability to co-invest in Gastro Care Partners (GCP) and affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
