Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $500,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient GI care, including procedures and rounding.

• Cover 1–3 hospitals, depending on preferred patient volume.

• Collaborate with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for consults, follow-ups, and call support.

• Round with APPs, reviewing and attesting to notes.

• Perform weekday-only outpatient procedures (no weekends); typical volume of 6 procedures/day.

• Manage 10–12 inpatients per day during rounding.

• Take night call from home, with rare emergent hospital procedures required.

Flexible Work Schedule Options

• Option 1: 7 days on / 7 days off (full 24-hour coverage).

• Option 2: 7 daytimes on / 7 days off (no nights).

• Option 3: 5 days per week, including nights.

• Option 4: 5 daytimes per week (no nights).

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Gastroenterology.

• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Arizona.

• Strong clinical, procedural, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for patient-centered, collaborative care.
