Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physician (MD or DO only)
• Active, unrestricted U.S. state medical license
• Office within 50 miles of Atlanta 
• LLC or other legal business entity
• U.S. Citizenship required

We are not seeking NPs or PAs for this role at this time.
