• Montefiore St. Luke’s Hospital is an award-winning, Magnet Recognized hospital, with our ICU voted #1 in the state in 2024 by Healthgrades.
• We are a teaching hospital supporting graduate medical education at the local level with Internal Medicine residents in the ICU.
• Our Intensivists are an integral part of the MSLC medical community and work in collaboration with dedicated providers at every care level.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in critical care medicine.
• Fellowship trained in critical care medicine.
• Commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting.
• Active New York Medical License and DEA.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• Average of 15 shifts per month
• 8-hour and 10-hour day/swing Intensivist shifts (no nights)
• Modified block schedule

Key Responsibilities:

We provide coverage in the 14-bed medical/surgical ICU. We see diverse and high acuity cases in this established Intensivist program.
