Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Heart Failure - Murray UT

About this role:

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Heart Failure, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

• You will practice our Heart Failure clinic in Murray, UT with rounding at Intermountain Medical Center

• You would work 4 ten hour shifts per week with some weekends
• Your day to day responsibilities include seeing up to 7 Heart Failure patients per day in clinic with rounding in the hospital

• Paid Call is about 1:14

What you'll bring:

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

• Active, unobstructed Utah license, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
• Minimum 2 years of cardiology experience as an NP or PA
• Heart Failure experience is highly desired
