About this role: As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Heart Failure, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
- You will practice our Heart Failure clinic in Murray, UT with rounding at Intermountain Medical Center
- You would work 4 ten hour shifts per week with some weekends
- Your day to day responsibilities include seeing up to 7 Heart Failure patients per day in clinic with rounding in the hospital

What you'll bring: - APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- Active, unobstructed Utah license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Minimum 2 years of cardiology experience as an NP or PA
- Heart Failure experience is highly desired
