Occupational Medicine Job at Delphi Healthcare, PLLC in Rochester, NY

Schedule: 30–40 hours/week | Weekdays with occasional weekends | No holidays
Compensation: $156,000 annually + Benefits Stipend

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team full-time, providing high-quality care in both Occupational Health and Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a commitment to patient-centered care, collaborating closely with our healthcare team to support employee health and walk-in patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care in occupational health and urgent care settings

• Conduct pre-employment physicals, return-to-work evaluations, and workplace injury assessments

• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and minor injuries in a UCC environment

• Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with patients and employers

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical support staff to ensure continuity of care

• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

• Current NP or PA licensure in NY 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in occupational health and urgent care

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:
