Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and skilled ENT/Facial Plastic Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both the medical and aesthetic aspects of facial plastic surgery and ENT procedures, providing high-quality patient care. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and performing surgical procedures related to the ears, nose, throat, and facial cosmetic concerns. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments for ENT and facial plastic surgery patients.
- Conduct surgical procedures including, but not limited to, rhinoplasty, facelift, ear surgeries, sinus surgeries, and other reconstructive or cosmetic surgeries.
- Provide non-surgical treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic interventions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including post-surgery care and follow-up appointments.
- Stay updated on the latest advances in ENT and facial plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and practices.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals, such as anesthesiologists, nurses, and staff to ensure safe and efficient surgical operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to HIPAA and other medical privacy regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on surgical options, recovery processes, and potential risks.
- Promote the clinic's facial plastic surgery services and build strong relationships with patients for long-term care.
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and other professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ENT) and/or Facial Plastic Surgery.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology, with additional fellowship training in facial plastic surgery preferred.
- Valid state medical license to practice.
- Proven experience performing facial plastic and reconstructive surgeries, with a strong portfolio of successful cases.
- Strong knowledge of both medical and aesthetic aspects of facial plastic surgery.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to make sound clinical decisions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with non-invasive aesthetic procedures, such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and more.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
- Previous experience in a private practice or surgical center setting.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
