General Non-Invasive Cardiologist - Brighton, CO (Suburb of Denver area)

About this role:

As a Non-Invasive Cardiologist, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary heart and vascular professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. .
  • This position is slated to start Fall of 2026
  • This is a 5 day per week working at our Platte Valley Hospital clinic on campus in Brighton, CO
  • The Cardiology group in Denver consists of 53 Physicians and APPs across 4 other sites to include cardiac MRI, structural heart specialists, and a thriving ECMO program.
  • General Cardiology Call is 1:18 for all 4 hospital sites with 1:4 weekend call/rounding at Platte Valley Hospital


How we'll support you:

Compensation: Our competitive compensation consists of a base salary of $495,000 plus a wRVU bonus incentive. Additionally, there is up to a $50,000 annual quality bonus. We are also offering a $25,000 starting bonus. A relocation bonus of up to $20,000 is also available if applicable.

What you'll bring:

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Residency trained and Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Will consider new fellows

Platte Valley Hospital Overview : In 1960, the City of Brighton wanted to bring healthcare to our community. They formed auxiliary teams, rallied troops, and went door to door until they raised $500,000 to open Brighton Community Hospital (BCH) in 1960. BCH became the first private general medical-surgical hospital in Adams and Southern Weld Counties and Colorado's first two-stage hospital-nursing home medical unit licensed under one roof. In 1980, BCH became Platte Valley Hospital. Today, Platte Valley is a secular hospital affiliated with Intermountain Health.
