Job Summary:

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC Healthcare) is seeking an Intensivist tojoin the team at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Must be board certified/board eligible in Critical Care
  • Florida License or ability to obtain
  • Interest in Full Time
  • Mix of days and nights, block scheduling
  • 15 shifts per month,Mix of 12 hour shifts and 8 hr shifts
  • Staffing model: 2-Physicians and 1 APP during the day, 1- Physician and 1 APP at night
  • MICU, Nueuro ICU,CVICU
  • Closed ICU, work closely with consultants
  • High acuity, mixed patient population: 48 -bed ICU (24-bed medical/surgical, 24-bed CVICU)
  • EMCO experience preferred
  • ACGME Residency and Fellowship programs with clinical bedside teaching responsibilities.Experience with SIM and POCUS a plus
  • Ability to speak Spanish a bonus
