Medical Director – Walk-In Clinics

Samaritan Healthcare seeks a full-time physician leader to provide clinical care in our walk-in clinics while supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This role partners with the Emergency Department Medical Director  to improve coordination between departments and ensure patients receive care in the most appropriate setting.

Position Highlights

• 12 clinical shifts + 2–3 admin days/month

• No call requirement

• Primary location at one CareToday Clinic (2 total clinics)

• Supervise 4 APPs across both clinics

• Typical patient volume: 30–60 per 2 providers/day

• Epic EMR with in-house informatics support

• Visa assistance considered

• Position available immediately

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed (or eligible) in Washington

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

• 3+ years urgent care/walk-in experience

• Successful completion of Samaritan credentialing

Compensation & Benefits

• $310,000 annual base, guaranteed for 3 years
