Job Description

Gastro Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join our busy outpatient GI practice in Acton, MA. This is a replacement opening in a well-established, physician-led group with a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a collaborative care environment.

You’ll join a team of 9 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers, with a well-balanced mix of clinic and procedure time, light call coverage, and a clear path to partnership.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Outpatient-focused GI position with 2–3 clinic days and 2–3 endoscopy days per week

  • 1:1 MA support with shared care coordinators

  • Call: 1 week every 8 weeks at Emerson Hospital

  • Volume: Approx. 24 clinic visits and 14–16 procedures per day

  • Office Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Endo: 7:30 AM–2:30 PM

  • EMR: EPIC (office & hospital), Provation (procedures)

  • Onsite Services: Fibroscan, pill cam, breath test, infusion, pathology, ARM, ultrasound

  • Partnership and equity opportunity available

Compensation & Benefits

(Based on experience and productivity)

    • Base Salary: $450,000 – $500,000 per year

    • Signing Bonus: $50,000 – $75,000

    • Productivity Bonus: Additional annual bonus awarded after breakeven point, based on wRVU production

    • CME Allowance: Up to $5,000 per year for approved courses and expenses

    • Transition Bonus: $150,000 upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician (contingent on continued full-time employment)
