CentraCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team working with our Weight Management Team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians, Providers, Registered Dietitians, and Nurses working to provide patient and family-centered care throughout the practice.
Position Details
Position Responsibilities within Weight Management
- Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations on patients
- Formulate the appropriate differential diagnosis based on history, physical examination, and clinical findings
- Order and evaluate pertinent laboratory data and diagnostic procedures
- Prescribe pharmacological agents and non-pharmacological therapies
- Plan a course of treatment with the patient
- Consult with physicians as needed and make appropriate referrals for care
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $109,990.40 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary range: $109,990.40 - $139,880 per year
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

To be considered for our position you would need to:
- Be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or have a current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
We would prefer that you have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working independently with your own patient panel in one of the following areas:
- Family Practice
- Weight Management
- Endocrine
- Chronic Disease Management
- Eating Disorders
In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
