SMC Physicians, one of the largest physician-led multispecialty groups in southern New Jersey, is recruiting a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our expanding team.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $240,000 guaranteed base salary with Total Cash Compensation (TCC) $300,000+, including productivity incentives, signing bonus, relocation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
• Work–life balance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, minimal call.
• Robust support team: Experienced NPs, diabetes educators, nutritionists, and pump/CGM educators, MAs – all fully trained in diabetes technologies.
