Join the Providence ExpressCare team as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician associate in Oregon City, Oregon. As a Mission based, community focused service, the clinics provide the perfect work life balance with a 3-day week schedule. ExpressCare serves as a critical access point for the organization, supporting overflow of patients from primary care, urgent care and emergency departments. There is plenty of variety in its services which demand critical thinking and clinic-based procedures, which provides variety every day. ExpressCare serves the purpose of providing access to communities, both in person and virtually, while also offering a more predictable day with a schedule of 30, 20-minute appointments in a 12-hour period. The staffing model consists of a single provider and a medical assistant, with a support structure in place across the system. Included in the generous compensation package is the potential for a productivity incentive. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, as well as having the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Providence ExpressCare clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible across the state of Oregon. By building out a network for ambulatory care across Providence, the PCN offers ease, transparency, and lower costs. This work is foundational to evolving the Providence delivery model to enhance the future of convenient care.
