  Practice Overview

• 100% Outpatient Primary Care — No inpatient responsibilities
• Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, regular business hours
• Average Daily Patient Volume: 15–18 patients per day
• Call Schedule: Light evening/weekend phone-only call, shared equally among providers
• Electronic Health Records: NextGen EHR system
