- Specialty Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM), or completion of a Graduate Medical Education Program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with at least 2000 hours of recent Emergency Medicine experience (unless regulatory exemptions apply).

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $250,000 – $400,000
- Education Debt Repayment Program (EDRP): Up to $200,000 of student loans paid off, with up to $40,000 per year, tax-free, for 5 years.

Eligibility:
- Physicians must demonstrate skills in providing Emergency Care. This includes completion of residency training and/or board certification in Emergency Medicine, or completion of a Graduate Medical Education Program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with at least 2000 hours of recent Emergency Medicine experience.
