About this role:

As a Vascular Advanced Practitioner at Good Samaritan Medical Center, you will work with two Vascular Surgeons to assist in the building of a Vascular program. The north market is lacking in this service and Intermountain would like to take the lead in providing outstanding vascular services in the area. Here are some highlights you can expect.
  • You will work at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafeyette, CO which is a level II Trauma Center
  • You would work Mon-Fri, ~7am - 3pm
  • The clinic will be a new build out with dedicated space for Vascular
  • Position would consist of seeing clinic patients, rounding in the hospital, inpatient consults, discharge planning, and first assist duties in the OR as needed
  • At this time, there is no call or weekends for this position

Your experience
  • Graduation of an accredited Acute Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
  • Able to obtain a license in the state of Colorado, required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AGACNP or PA in a surgical specialty, required
  • Experience as a first assist, required
  • Experience in vascular surgery highly desired

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$56.76 - $87.59
