This role is at an elective general surgery practice with only 6 days of trauma acute surgery call per year.

Position Details:

• Full-time; 36-hour Monday to Friday flexible schedule
• Elective/bread-and-butter general surgery practice
• 6 days of trauma acute surgery call per year
• Weekly multidisciplinary breast cancer conference on-site
• Opportunity to do breast surgeries if interested
• 24/7 Trauma & Acute Surgicalists available to support your elective practice
• Excellent family friendly community with exceptional public schools
• Support of advanced practice providers

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $358,424 and $542,763 per year
• Full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and retirement
• Providence St. Mary qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a board-certified/board-eligible General Surgeon (MD/DO)
• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience required
