About this role:

As a part-time Advanced Practice Practitioner in the HIV Collaborative Clinic at St. Mary's you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will serve as a primary care provider for patients living with HIV/AIDS.
  • This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to $3,750 in relocation assistance when applicable
  • Clinic is op en Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
    • FTE: .5 (18 Patient Facing hours, 2 administrative hours) Schedule is Flexible
  • Support for AAHIVM certification will be provided


About this Clinic:

The HIV Collaborative Clinic at St. Mary's has been fully funded through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) since 2000. As a Local community -based Clinic (Part C) , we are able provide outpatient ambulatory health services and support for people with HIV/AIDs throughout 22 counties of Western Colorado. With the help of the RWHAP, we are able to provide care, medication, and support services to improve HIV-related health outcomes and reduce the spread of HIV.

What you'll bring:
  • APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program, NP preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Primary Care/ Family Medicine, required
  • Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Full prescriptive authority and a n active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health's credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$56.76 - $87.59
