Position Overview

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the Port Authority’s Office of Medical Services. This role provides clinical support in occupational health services.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Certification: Valid Medical Assistant certificate

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a clinical/occupational health setting

• Soft Skills: Clear communication, attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Administer EKGs, spirometry, vision/audiogram tests, phlebotomy, and vital signs

• Support physicians and nurses during physical exams

• Enter results into online medical system

• Prepare charts, labels, and documentation

• Maintain equipment and stock exam rooms

• Participate in annual employee wellness events
