Family Medicine Physician Job at Revere Medical in Mount Juliet, TN

Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee consisting of two physicians and eight APPs.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communications skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a well-established primary care team, joining our existing physician and physician assistant. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Nurse Practitioner’s
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role
• Comfortable using new technology and software
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
