Internists within this department provide comprehensive, patient centered care for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in a progressive outpatient setting. They are also provided the opportunity to grow the next generation of physicians through hands-on instruction of residents, fellows, and medical students.

We pride ourselves on a team-based care model in which physicians and Advance Practice Providers (NP/PA) work together to provide empathetic and collaborative primary care. Successful candidates will demonstrate not only their comprehensive clinical knowledge, but their ability to build long lasting, trusting relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. We seek candidates who are equally compassionate and comprehensive in their care, and enthusiastic to teach this approach to groups of dedicated and eager learners.

-This position is full or part time, 25%-100%

-This position requires work to be completed onsite, at a designated campus work location.

-Applicants for this position will be considered for the titles: Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Assistant Professor. The title is determined by the experience and qualifications of the finalist.

-outpatient only, but there may be options for inpatient if desired. Based in a clinic on a larger hospital campus.

-eligible for State of Wisconsin benefits!

-signing bonus of $125k
