Position Overview:
A thriving multi-location Community Health Center in scenic northeastern North Carolina is seeking Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds physicians to provide exceptional patient-centered care in an outpatient-only setting. This role offers no hospital call and very light after-hours telephonic coverage, creating an excellent work-life balance. New graduates from 2023 and 2024 are welcome to apply. Practicing providers must be BC/BE.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Active North Carolina Medical License

  • BC/BE (open to new graduates)

  • Proficiency in eClinicalWorks EMR

  • Compassion, cultural competency, and a team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

  • Conduct routine health screenings and preventive care

  • Participate in a light shared telephonic call rotation

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
