The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified  Gastroenterologist to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals serving America’s Veterans. Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Performing diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterology procedures, including endoscopy and colonoscopy.

• Communicating both diagnosis and plan of care to gastroenterology patients directly and through documentation in CPRS progress notes.

• Following up on pathology for all GI biopsies performed at this facility and ensuring timely communication of results to patients.

• Admission, work-up, diagnosis, and provision of non-surgical treatment, including consultation for patients admitted or in need of care for general medical problems.

• Providing collaborative, team-based care and participating in multidisciplinary patient management.

• Teaching and supervising trainees (if applicable).
