What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population (primarily adults and seniors)
• See 18–20 patients per day in a supportive, team-based setting
• Collaborate with specialists and care teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
• Use Epic EMR and AI-powered scribe technology (DAX) to streamline documentation
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement

What We Offer:

• $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Competitive base salary with bonus potential (range: $110,000–$166,500)

What You’ll Need:

• Active and unrestricted APRN or PA license in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
