Urgent Care Job at Community Health Systems in Fort Wayne, IN

Lutheran Hospital, part of theLutheran Health Network, is seeking a licensed NP or PA to work part-time in ourRediMed urgent care clinic. You will provide urgent and non-urgent healthcare and occupationalhealth services to patients of all ages, including fracture stabilization, laceration repair, foreign bodyremoval and minor illness management. Experienced providers or new grads with strong critical care/EDexperience will be considered.

Highlights of Practice

• Busy walk-in clinics
• Evaluate and treat wide variety of acute and chronic conditions as well as workers comp injurieswithin scope of practice, including medication management
• Monday-Thursday schedule, 14 hours per week
• Strong collaborative team of providers
• Perform DOT, post offer, and sport physicals
• Orders labs/diagnostic procedures; interprets data (EKGs, X-Rays, lab studies)
• In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care
