The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Keokuk, IA!

The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Role Details:

• Hours: Schedule flexibility within the clinic hours of Monday 8:00am-6:30pm, T/W 8:00am-4:30pm, Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
• Sees on average 15 patients per day
• Provider team includes: 2 dentists, 2 registered dental hygienists, dental assistants, & support staff
• Operatories: 12
• EHR: Epic Wisdom

Duties: Successful candidate will perform periodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.

• Student Loan Repayment Programs: Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through state & federal programs
• Competitive Salary: $175,000-$234,000 based on experience + production incentive
• Additional $5 per hygienist chart they sign off, paid monthly (estimated between $6000-$12,000 more annually)
• Eligible for $10,000 bonus each year when signing a 3-year contract and can continue annually for up to 5 years
• Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided.

• Continuing Education: 5-10 paid days + $3000-$4000/year

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Licensure to practice in State of Iowa.
