Adventist Health Central California Network is actively seeking a mission-minded, Board Certified/Board Eligible General Urologist to join our well-established, growing team in Bakersfield, California. This is an outstanding full-time opportunity to practice within a clinic-based model with scheduled call, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to both urban and underserved rural communities.
Position Highlights
- General urology practice with the flexibility to tailor subspecialty interests

Responsibilities
- Provide urologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Conduct new patient evaluations, post-operative care, and chronic disease management
- Perform urologic procedures and surgeries
- Collaborate closely with surgical, hospitalist, and primary care teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $650,000$750,000 (inclusive of call and clinic responsibilities)
- Employed position through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG)

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
