Dignity Health Medical Group Dominican, a physician-led, patient-centered organization, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our well-established, collegial team in beautiful Santa Cruz, California. This opportunity will be based at Dominican Hospital.

• Open ICU with no procedures or codes required (optional procedures if desired)
• Additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation
• Emphasis on quality of care and physician autonomy
• Opportunity to precept and mentor APPs and residents

• Competitive salary: $338,121 annually
• Productivity-based bonus potential
• Sign-on Bonus: $60,000
• Relocation Assistance: $20,000
• Residency Signing Stipend: $18,000

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
• California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
