Lexington Medical Center seeks an experienced and visionary physician leader to serve as Program Director of our ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program. This role offers the opportunity to lead an established, full cohort of PGY-1, PGY-2, and PGY-3 residents in a supportive, patient-centered, and academically rigorous environment.
The Program Director is responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and overall operation of the residency, ensuring compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements while advancing the mission of Lexington Medical Center to provide outstanding healthcare and education.
