You Belong Here.
If you love the outdoors and want to be part of a diverse and welcoming community- we have a unique opportunity in Yakima Washington. We are looking for a hematology Oncology physician to join a growing 3 physician practice in our beautiful NorthStar lodge facility.
Yakima is a city shaped by diverse cultures, history, and traditions. The city is home to the Yakama Nation, and Latino heritage is also deeply woven into the city’s identity. Surrounded by mountains with 300 days of sunshine per year it would be hard to find a more picturesque location to call home. Despite all this mountain access you get to be part of The MultiCare Cancer Institute, a physician led institute within the MultiCare Health System with multi-specialty partnership across hematology/oncology, radiation, surgical and supportive oncology service lines. We diagnose and treat more than 6,000 new cancer cases per year and span the state of Washington from Olympia, Spokane, Tacoma and Yakima. Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for complex, disease-specific cancer care, advanced pathology and imaging support, and holistic supportive oncology care. We are growing to become the Pacific Northwest’s highest value system of oncology care, with a goal of doubling our cancer caseloads by 2028.
At MultiCare, we strive to offer a true sense of belonging for all our employees. Across our health care network, you will find a dynamic range of meaningful careers, opportunities for growth, safe workplaces, and flexible schedules. We are connected by our mission - partnering and healing for a healthy future - and dedicated to the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
