Job Summary:

Methodist Physician Services Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Surgeon to join our growing team at Methodist Westover Hills Hospital in San Antonio, TX. This is a hospital-employed position offering the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment within one of the region’s most respected healthcare systems.

Position Details:

Employed opportunity with Methodist Physician Services Group
Practice at Methodist Westover Hills Hospital, a modern facility serving the fast-growing West San Antonio community
Bread-and-butter general surgery with opportunity to incorporate advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive techniques
Shared call coverage with other general surgeons in the system
Supportive hospital administration and access to state-of-the-art surgical suites and equipment

Qualified Candidates:

MD or DO degree
Board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery
Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
