San Marcos Family Medicine, a well-respected, physician-led primary care practice in the heart of Central Texas, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. • Independently operated, private practice model
• Multi-provider team: Join 3 board certified physicians and 7 advanced practice providers in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Preventive Medicine.
• Fully integrated on-site services, including labs, x-ray, ultrasound, allergy testing, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss and more
• Opportunity to conduct clinical research and participate in clinical trials through a Javara partnership
• Dedicated support from experienced clinical and administrative staff
• Efficient EMR system (athena)
• Convenient location between Austin and San Antonio

• Full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine for all ages
• Four day work week schedule with shared after-hours call (minimal volume)
• Average 1822 patients per day
• Option to incorporate urgent care shifts, procedures, or other clinical interests
• Collaborative environment with mentorship opportunities available
• Strong referral network within the community

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine
• Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• New graduates welcome; experienced candidates also encouraged
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
