Seeking a BE/BC Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join our well-respected practice in Southern California.

The Opportunity:

• Flexible scheduling, with a balanced mix of Pulmonary and Critical Care available
• ICU Coverage in an 18-bed open ICU in a teaching hospital, working with IM/TY residents

• Guaranteed base salary of $400,000- $450,000 (depending on experience), with additional profit-sharing incentive opportunities
