Position Details

• Role: Medical Director & Attending Psychiatrist (Adult and Child/Adolescent preferred)
• Scope: Inpatient & Outpatient care, including medication management and bridge clinic appointments
• Locations: Beckett Springs (West Chester, OH) + satellite OP clinic near Dayton
• Schedule: Flexible, provider-driven (inpatient & outpatient mix)
• Leadership: Clinical oversight, mentorship, and program development
• Team Support: Collaborative psychiatry team, NPs, and experienced clinical staff
