The Department of Emergency Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician for a two-year Administrative Fellowship.
This unique fellowship is designed for physicians interested in advancing their skills in operations, leadership, and healthcare administration while maintaining clinical practice.
Program Highlights:
• Appointment as Clinical Instructor (Adjunct) at LKSOM
• Clinical practice in Temple’s emergency departments
• Role as Interim Assistant Medical Director at a TUHS ED, working closely with ED Medical and Fellowship Directors
• Hands-on projects in departmental operations tailored to the fellow’s interests
• Training in hospital/department operations, staffing, finance, quality improvement, leadership, and medicolegal issues
• Opportunity to pursue an advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or other) using tuition remission
Qualifications:
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
