The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is conducting a search for 2 full-time general/trauma/surgical critical care surgeons to join the Division of Trauma, Critical Care & General Surgery. The practice includes 24/7 coverage of emergency general surgery, surgical critical care, and our Level 1 Trauma Center in addition to team-based and individual elective surgery.
Applicants should be board-certified/board-eligible surgeons who have successfully completed fellowship training in surgical critical care. Candidates with excellent surgical skills, facility with robotic surgery, demonstrated achievement or strong potential to advance the science of surgery in relevant clinical research, particularly in data science/AI, and leadership potential are preferred.
