Job Details:

• Urgent Care setting, x-ray and labs on-site!
• Facility Hours: Monday-Saturday, 7a-7p; Sunday 8a-2p
• Work schedule of 3x12s Monday-Saturday; if working on a Sunday will still have requirement of working 3x12s during the week
• Weekend requirement of 1:3 weekends
• Self-schedule with other APPs
• In-office procedures include suture & stable removal, giving stitches & removing stitches, minor wound care, braces & slings for fractures
• Strong support staff including nurse triage
• Eligible for overtime.Pay commensurate with experience!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• 2 years of provider experience preferred in urgent care, occupational medicine or primary care
• Current PA/NP licensure in State of Illinois
