IU Health Arnett Physicians has an exciting opportunity for a Bariatric Surgery Nurse Practitioner at IU Health Arnett Hospital at located in Lafayette, IN.

Opportunity Details:

• Full time opportunity
• Day shift, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• No Call
• 100% outpatient
• Join a team of 5 Physicians and 1 APP
• Collaborative, positive and patient focused culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and follow up on Bariatric patients.
• Opportunity to perform procedures such as lap band adjustments.
• Expected patient visitsclose to 70-90 patients perweek.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree required.
• Must be an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner ACNP or Family Nurse Practitioner FNP
• Will consider experienced or a new graduate.
• Certified/Eligible and Indiana License or eligible
