Your role with us

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate neonatal nurse practitioner to become a vital part of our experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. We practice a Family Integrated Care (FIC) model, where parents are not just welcomed but empowered to be active participants in their baby’s journey, with the full support of a collaborative, interdisciplinary care team. Here you will gather, and document detailed parental history, assess risk factors, and perform comprehensive neonatal physical exams to inform diagnosis and care planning. You will partner with neonatologists and the healthcare team to develop, implement, and adjust care plans, including writing medical orders and progress notes. Lead neonatal resuscitations and respond to emergencies, attending deliveries as required to initiate and direct immediate care. Come thrive in a NICU where you can be intentional, collaborative, where your compassion and expertise are valued, and your work truly matters!
