Baptist Primary Care is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our rapidly growing Murabella practice in the St. Augustine region—one of Northeast Florida’s most desirable and fastest-developing communities. This role offers excellent system support, strong patient demand, and the ability to build a thriving practice backed by the region’s most preferred health system.

• $260,000+ guaranteed base salary based on experience

Qualifications

• MD/DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Active or eligible for an unrestricted medical license
