  3. Right-Size Schedule: Launch at 20 hours/week; as your patient panel grows, so can your hours and compensation.
  4. Optional Procedural Pathway: Cystoscopy, hormone pellet insertions, etc. —learn if you love hands-on; skip if you’d rather stick to clinic.

What you’ll do

  1. Lead the brand-new Outpatient Urology Clinic inside Highpoint Health Riverview with Ascension Saint Thomas, Carthage, TN 
  2. Diagnose & manage BPH, kidney stones, UTIs, men’s/women’s pelvic health, ED, incontinence, and more
  3. Coordinate surgical scheduling with VirtuCare surgeons; see post-op patients locally
  4. Build relationships with primary-care, OB-GYN, and ER teams—you’re the community’s urology expert

Who you are

  1. Licensed NP (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP) with at least 1 year of clinical practice
  2. Eager to specialize; no prior urology experience required
