Cardiology - Electrophysiology Job at Ballad Health in Kingsport, TN

Ballad Health CVA Heart Institute is seeking two experienced Electrophysiologist NP or PA to join their team in Kingsport, Tennessee. The selected candidates for this position will have cardiology experience with an interest in cardiac arrhythmias and devices. Weekend coverage rotation is required.

Holston Valley Medical Center (HVMC), a facility within Ballad Health, has been named one of the nation's Top Cardiovascular Hospitals. Holston Valley was recently named one of the nation's top 50 cardiovascular hospitals by IBM Watson. Holston Valley participates in the Level One Heart Attack network for regional STEMI care. HVMC has 5 cardiac catheterization laboratories and 2 dedicated EP labs.

Job Summary:

Performing examinations, ordering, and interpreting diagnostic and screening tests, prescribing, and ordering medication as appropriate for patient’s medical conditions, and referring patients for further care as clinically appropriate.
