• Established patient base with immediate volume
• Full spectrum of ENT services including sinus, allergy, thyroid/parathyroid, ear surgery, and sleep surgery (with Inspire program expansion)
• Strong allergy program with established patient demand – candidates with additional interest or experience in allergy management strongly preferred
